The insignia portable wire heater is so terrible that it stops running completely every 10 minutes. Each time it does that I wonder if it is dead. Once I turn it on it runs for 10 mins and stops. It is so frustrating. This is the second time im using it so I know it's not because of heavy use but because it's a faulty item. The only good thing is that it has a thick plastic screen in the front so my son cannot put his fingers through them. Quite safe to be placed near toddlers. That was one reason I bought it. Again it should function properly no matter how nice is the built or look. For now this is garbage.
