I kept it on the low heating level whenever I ran the heater as the low setting was warm enough for my needs, but then one day there was a burning smell and next thing you know it was smoking. However, I did exchange it for the same heater (not pink though) and it's working great! Heats small areas very well. I use it as a desk heater so it doesn't heat the area itself but definitely keeps me warm.

Warm, loud

The only problem is the fan is too loud to be inside that small room with it. It's about as loud as a small box fan, which is a bit insane. If it wasn't for the sound I would have enjoyed it. Returned it.

Doesn't Server Any Purpose

At high level also the heater is more of a fan oozing some barely warm air. Please avoid buying this as its not even worth the 12$ price during the clearance.
