    The SSD mount was easy to install in my PC (along with the SSD). I replaced my PC hard drive with an SSD and this was needed to mount the SSD. It came with easy to understand instructions. From the time I removed the mount from its package, I had installed the SSD in about 3-5 minutes. The other approximately 5 minutes was installing it into my PC. I'm quite satisfied with it.

    I bought this when I was upgrading a family member's PC from a mechanical hard drive over to an SSD. I planned on using the adapter plate so I can mount the SSD in the same spot the mechanical hard drive was. The SSD fit perfectly, as it should. I wish I could have used it but the case that it was going into would not take the adapter plate, so I mounted the SSD without it. I kept the plate only because it would probably be useful for another case in the future.
