I got this to pair with an SSD that went into my dad's new computer. Two out of the four screw holes didn't line up with the hard drive bay, but it's secure enough. I settled with it, since I needed it in a pinch. It seems just a little pricey for a sheet of formed metal.

Don't know about the mount, but the SSD that came with it is great. Speeded up my I7 waay faster than it ever was before. My load up time used to be about 2 minutes and now is less than 20 seconds. It is a 1TB SSD.

Good fit. Solid material. Fit the SSD but not my PC. I made it work because I was lazy and didn't want to return. Prolly my fault as you can never get help in the store

The extra mount is needed to add a small SSD to a conventional SATA drive slot in a computer. This mount is sturdy and easy to use. The various pre-drilled holes line up with most drives and computer slots.

This was purchased in conjunction with the Crucial 1TB SSDs. Instructions were straight forward. The drive was installed in the mount and then installed in desktop computer without any issues.

This works pretty well... Dell PCs have a custom mount that will require some minor mods because the pins that extend from the dell standard size mount are too thick for the screw holes in the Insignia mount. I pulled the pins out and put screws in.

I bought a 250GB SSD from Best Buy, and since it was a smaller form factor, I needed a bracket to put it into my desktop computer. It didn't seem to have all the holes that I needed for complete installation, but I may have done something wrong. It's working OK, though.

Didn't know I had to, but a helper in the store told me I'd need it. So I bought it and, yes, it turned out to be the right decision for my computer. If you're installing an SSD in a desktop or all-in-one, you may need this as well.

There isn't really much to say about the characteristics of the SSD mount but it installed easily with my SSD and clicked right into place with the drive mounting system in my computer. Convenient to be able to buy this where I got my SSD.

I needed this to install the SSD in my desktop computer. The Samsung SSD fit perfectly inside the mount and the mount itself fit perfectly inside my computer. I will definitely get this again the next time I need an SSD mount.

This was great to complement the investment in an SSD investment for our desktop. Was easy to use and install. Would recommend this product.

Just the standard 3.5 to 2.5 inch Adapter. Fits well. Alternately you can use adhesive backed Velcro to stick it wherever works for you in your case if you don't have any open bays.

It took a few tries to work properly so that my ssd drive was properly secured. I eventually had to install this upside down to work properly. It serves it's purpose.

Used this to mount Samsung SSD into drive bay of my Dell desktop. Nothing fancy but worked as was intended. Mount your SSD drive to this bracket with included screws then slide into drive bay and then secure. Just what was needed, nothing more or less.

I replaced my old sata drive with a new SSD. The new SSD are smaller than the old 3.5 drives. Comes with the screws you need to attach your new drive and extras for installation into the computer.

This item mounted perfectly into my slim line I use for my Linux machine. Came with the necessary parts to mount into the machine I bought that had no drive or bay. Great buy from Best Buy!!

This mount worked great when we used it to install a 2nd Hard drive in our desktop. We did have to put a new hole in it because none of the holes lined up for our desktop but it still worked great

but this to install pny 120gb ssd. mounting was easy to do with screws. had to by longer pluging cable since the one on my power supply was too short. but after mounting everything the ssd works great.
