She has had problems with the tablet staying in the rubber straps. The strap on one corner is stretched out (has lost elasticity). It is still usable (it is a little crooked in the holders), but she doesn't like using it which kind of defeats the purpose - I bought it to help keep the tablet safe from damage.

I was satisfied by the overall quality of the case and I really don't have anything negative to say about it and hopefully I don't in the near future.

With that being said it protects my tablet well, gives many viewing positions, is light, and serves its purpose. The only thing I wish it did, was give me a perfect fit for my Samsung 10.5 Tab S. It is well worth the money

I said: lightweight reasonably priced sturdy protection against damage His recommendation was perfect! This case is sturdy and protects against damage but isn't bulky (fits in my purse) or heavy. A great product and much appreciated help from the associate!

For the price it works great
