The Insignia - USB 2.0 SD/MMC Memory Card Reader is simply the easiest way to transfer pictures from my SD card to my MacBook Air. Inexpensive, light, fast, and convenient.

Just what I needed - can find similar for cheaper.

I was somewhere that doesn't have many electronics/computer stores around except Best Buy. I picked this one up for less than $10. It worked for what I needed to do (transfer files from memory card to PC) For the price it gets the job done but I know similar/better ones can be found online and locally for the same price/cheaper.

I dont have any similar products to compare it to. It's cheap, handy, and does what it it supposed to. I have a surface 3 pro, which only has usb slots---so when I need to transfer data from an sd card and wanted to transfer data from phone to phone (microsd), all I had to do was copy and paste my data. Very convenient.
