I am also coming from a Dell that had the GREAT feature on the plug as it hooks to computer to show whether electric is there. This machine does seem to be faster, but simple e mails still freeze sometimes, and need a minute or two to finish loading -- even when small. ALSO, significant is that Best Buy DOES have a basic free class, BUT no one told me, until I came back to sales people with questions
