The read/write transfer rates weren't as fast as I would've liked, but it's really good for the price.

This is the most basic and smallest memory card reader I could find in the store, and also the lowest cost. It is just what I need, which is to read SD cards. The more prominently displayed readers have ports for a lot more things, which I don't need, are larger and bulkier, and cost twice as much and more. If you buy in store, you have to look hard to find this: down close to the floor in the corner at the end of the row.

Works for all of the micro/standard SD cards I've used so far. I use this in combination with a USB to Micro USB adapter so I can quickly take pictures from my camera to tablet. This adapter is super light way and has no problem being powered off the micro USB... so it's working out great.

This SD memory card is super easy to use- simply plug it into the usb drive and go. I have absolutely no complaints. It was also pretty fast and very reasonably priced.

It is great at what it's supposed to do. I even use it as a regular flash drive from time to time.
