I got this to make or receive calls from PC. as I do text from PC and have hard time holding my phones for work and swing by between phones and the computer while working. Also my T mobile fails and drop calls a lot. I use google voice from computer with this microphone calls never get dropped so far with 3 calls I make and received. software install was easy or none. what I did was connected to usb port and added it to devices to PC then restart the computer. and it was ready to use. I am very pleased for far. Also online order pickup was seamless. they texted me in a hour from the order. when I arrived at their door. the staff welcomed me and asked my last name and order number and brought it to me with no waiting. A+++ service from bestbuy and a great product and price.

I needed a good quality pic Mic for a public speaking course, this one provides a good quality with sensitivity to pick up across the desk (approximately 25' from the Mic.

This isn't a professional microphone but it served the purpose for what I needed. I have a low voice so when face-timing I needed a mic that could deliver my voice. This did the job. For the price, this mic is a great value.

I was very impressed with this microphone. I can talk from half the room away and it still picks up my voice like I was right next to it. Great quality.

I use it once in a while when using webex. Sound good be a little better but it was only $20 so I can’t ask for better quality

I bought this mic to use in Teamspeak sessions during online gaming as I do not like headsets. I have never had a problem with it, my voice comes through crystal clear, no feedback from speaker system, and was up and running as soon as I plugged it in. I recommend this product to everyone.

Mic works good for Zoom conferencing especially for the price. Adjustability I good and the volume adjustment is a bonus.

With the help of my brother, I was able to install it correctly. The microphone was used on my first Zoom meeting and the other members of the meeting said it worked fine. This microphone has performed flawlessly. It is easy to add to any computer without a built-in mic. It has an on/off switch and volume control.

This is a very good, inexpensive microphone. I wouldn't use it for professional purposes but it's more than adequate, for the price, for home use. Plug & play so you don't have to be a techno-genious.

Easy, breezy (even with Windows 10). Just plugged it in and it works great! Immediately tried it out on a zoom webinar, they could hear me just fine. Also liked the positioning versatility. Low price and great quality!

I got this microphone because the microphone integrated into my web camera was too sensitive, picking up every bit of background noise, and the meeting audio filters weren't able to filter it out. With the Insignia microphone, I can place it closer to my mouth, so that it's much easier for the system to figure out what's me and what isn't. This isn't, by any means, a professional-grade microphone, so I wouldn't use it if I wanted to be a professional YouTuber, but it more than does the job for my online instruction.

Bought this to go with a new pc build back on 2/16/19. I run a home-based business and dabble a little into gaming. So far this cheap mic ($19.99 at time of purchase) has been a champ. Its plug and play and has worked great for Skype, dragon dictation, and Dischord. The only issue I have noticed so far is if I have the input volume turned all the way up (default in the box apparently), the sound plays back distorted. So turn the little volume knob down a little bit and you'll be good to go.
