This microphone has performed flawlessly. It is easy to add to any computer without a built-in mic. It has an on/off switch and volume control.

I got this microphone because the microphone integrated into my web camera was too sensitive, picking up every bit of background noise, and the meeting audio filters weren't able to filter it out. With the Insignia microphone, I can place it closer to my mouth, so that it's much easier for the system to figure out what's me and what isn't. This isn't, by any means, a professional-grade microphone, so I wouldn't use it if I wanted to be a professional YouTuber, but it more than does the job for my online instruction.

I bought this for my son's distance learning. It worked pretty good. Teacher can hear him loud and clear now. I like that it is a plug & play. No need to install or download anything.

I got this mic since I always got complaints that I couldn't be heard with my old one. With this one I can be heard without speaking loudly. The folding design is great since it is easy for it to stay out of the way when I'm not using it.

Simple to set up and works great! If you're not looking for all the bells and whistles in a microphone, this would be for you as it's inexpensive as well.

I bought this model because the one that I wanted was not in stock at the store. It was really easy to connect to my computer and easy to set-up. I used it to record voice over powerpoint and the quality was really good and clear.

It's a great mic and it works amazingly, very good quality audio. The only issue I had is my desk isn't fit for such a mic, so sadly it's not a good fit for me at this time. But I will be holding onto it for future use as it's a great deal.

People hear my voice with the Insignia - USB Microphone very well. It does not sound metallic and there is no echo.

Bought this microphone in store for about 20 dollars, gets the job done and doesn't require wearing any headphones so if there's someone sitting next to me and they want to talk/hear they can also speak into the mic

This is a low-cost mic and the performance is commensurate with the price. It works fine for webinars, skype etc. However, if you plan on using this for recording musical instruments and the like, it can be quite tricky to get a good sound with no distortion. The final point is that this mic can generate a significant DC hum from a computer or laptop. For a quality recording, you may have to clean-up the noise with an audio editing program like Audacity.

I ordered this because my laptop microphone wasn't working very well for Zoom meetings. This microphone works great, is compact and easy to use. Great product for the price!

Good quality basic microphone. Easy to install and use, even for most basic user.

I purchased this microphone to aid data entry into an excel table. Due to my lack of understanding of how data entry works in Microsoft Excel, I was a little disappointed that I could not get it to function properly for me. With that said, the microphone performs great for regular dictation. I am new to this type of input and software related to voice entry so this microphone is at a great price point for the novice like myself. I do recommend a try for any others like myself.
