Bad adapter or driver

Installation was easy, but second screen kept holding 800x600 resolution. Even after I went and downloaded latest driver it didn't help. Had to go to another store and buy different brand which worked right away.

Good for extending display

It worked off and on and not really supported by the laptops I tried it on. I recommend finding a vga adapter that goes to hdmi if you are connecting old screens to new laptops or towers.
