I had a hard time getting the software to run this, they were never updating their site and the support line was terrible...I will say now that it's working it works great!

bought this to connect my work laptop which did not have a monitor connection to my personal monitor. This is working great however it is not a plug n play adapter and there is drivers that have to be installed.

Let's face it. Something like this should work out of the box. No one is going to spend a lot of time trouble shooting it. It didn't, therefore it stinks. However, I called their support line anyway, and was told that the wait was going to be fairly long, so why not leave my number and they would call me. I did, they didn't! Therefore their support stinks. Don't buy one

would not recommend in desktop computer only support lower 400 resolutins, even when removed from devoce mananger would jot update driver onnwindow 10

I have a brand new PC built from HP.....used an eclipse brand adapter before for my 3rd monitor and it worked just fine.....unfortunately in moving it cracked and broke...figured I could just pick this one up because Best Buy didn't sell the eclipse brand. This however never worked - tried two of them but each time they crashed my PC. Maybe it's my PC that's the problem....but being so new I find that hard to believe. I just know the eclipse brand worked fine, this one didn't and unfortunately I can't find an eclipse brand in any local store.

I was needing to add a monitor to my HP All-in-One but it did not have the right video out connection. So the adapter fit perfectly and I can use the USB 3.0 . That solved the problem.

Bought this for my new HP Spectre x360 13. It worked to send the signal to a monitor on my desk, but it wouldn't carry the signal to an overhead projector in my classroom.

I needed a second monitor for my day trading. Wow, perfect solution. Easy to install and easy to use. I can view technical stats on one screen while placing trades on the other.

Perfect adapter for adding a second monitor to a laptop that only has one video output. Install the software and then plug and play. Very nice and easy to use.

I needed this at short notice and Best Buy had it in stock. The price was a little higher than other retailers but delivery was outside my needs. The adaptor works well, transferring good quality video.

This product seemed like the perfect fix for my laptop to connect an older model projector. Unfortunately the equipment didn't work for my particular laptop.

I bought about 8 of these and not one gave me 1080 and a few of the open box just didn't work at all...

This is a decent cheap way to adding a third monitor for your computer. Nothing special but it gets the job done

I bought this so that I could connect a pocket projector to my laptop, which doesn't have a VGA port. It was easy to use and worked perfectly.

Worse purchase I ever made. In order to use it you have to download a driver for it. The driver software totally screwed up my computer and crashed it. I have had to restore my computer several times and it continues to crash after a few days. I have had this computer for some time and never had an issue with it prior to downloading this driver. I have had a technician look at it with no success. It won't even let you utilize a restore point.

It's 2016, and all the laptops don't come with VGA to go to external monitors. This does exactly what it needs to and then gets out the way.

This product does not work well. The resolution is limited. The HDMI to VGA gives a better resolution.

Didn't work with my projector & pc. But the Apple version adapter did work with my projector & my Mac.
