But when the agent tried to install the driver software again, it crashed Windows again. They disposed of this adapter and provided a different adapter that worked.

I got to the class I was teaching and tried to set it up. After plugging it in, it did not auto setup and it caused the computer to crash...tech thought it might have been a bad sector on the computer...anyway use at your own risk
