I downloaded recent drivers from manufacture website, uninstalled and reinstalled drivers though device manager and still could not get it to display anything on the screen. I ended up returning this item and buying a brand I can trust. As an IT guy, I have exhausted every troubleshooting method I could think of with no avail. Insignia is a brand I have used in the past and never had problems before. Could just be a fluke, or defective device.

When we installed the software and plugged it in, the main monitor went black and never came back on. Even after removing the USB adapter and rebooting several times the screen would not come up. We had to get into safe mode and manually uninstall the software to get it working again.
