I use this item to hold my smartphone and I use it for GPS since I just moved and don't know the area too well. It holds fast and helps me navigate well.

I love this one! It’s perfect for a truck driver in the big rig. The gears do not get stuck when you open/close it onto your phone and it works great when your vehicle is cold inside. Easy to operate! One downfall is this one does vibrate somewhat while it holds your phone, so I have to tilt my phone so it can rest on something to stop the vibration, but I am using it in an 18 wheeler and it’s not a super smooth ride like my personal vehicle. Other than that it is absolutely perfect! Thank you Best Buy for helping me find the right tool for my needs!

I first started using it as the vent clip-on and transferred it to other cars that I was driving. I rushed trying to get it off once and broke a clip but I had a backup since you have 2 options when you open the box. 1.) Suction cup it to your windshield or 2.) Clip it to your air vents. I really love this thong it hasn't failed me yet. In ever possible way, this thing is awesome. One piece of advice. Mount it to your windshield if you are gonna be on a long trip with the heater running, because your phone may overheat and not function properly if mounted to the vent and you can't shut that vent off.

I use the vent clips for mounting. It offers a good grip for my phone. I love the swivel feature so I can have a better view when using maps when driving or playing dj as a passenger without having to remount.

I needed something to hold my phone while driving, and found this product to be fair in price and it does the job fairly while. The only draw backs is the way it holds my phone. I have a "Droid Ultra" which is about 2 3/4 wide by 5-1/8 tall and about 1/2 thick with the case I have. It is at max opening and does not grip the phone the way I thought it would. I have to angle the base to insure the the phone is held in place. Besides that it does what I need it to do. So if you are looking for a good product, not the best, and at a fair price you can't go wrong.

Like this dashboard cell phone holder. It keeps the phone in place and is strong enough that the arm doesn't sag under the weight of the phone, so I can skype with it and still watch the road.

Great price with dual mounts suction and vent. Makes it easy to switch cars are travel. Would be better if the release switch was a little easier to press and on the left side of the mount.

Bought this on sale $9 bucks- you can mount on your dash, mirror or you can stuck in your air vent. You can’t go wrong on this product. It also holds your GPS.

When we needed a new way to charge our phones in our new car, our old cradles were not able to hold our phones so we found this on Best Buy and we liked it so much we bought 2 of them. I love how they attach securely to the window with the suction cup. They work perfectly and hold the phone in place very securely, unlike previous phone holders we tried that didn't grip the phone very well at all. These mounts work like a charm!

The air vent mount works great! Stays in place yet is easy to add or remove cell phone. Great product for Uber drivers. Didn't care for the window mount but will hold on to it for back up

It's great because for 1 price you get both styles to use to mount your phone in your car. It has the vent holder as well as the suction cup for the windsheild. Can be used for 2 phones or devices.

This product was so great that i came back for seconds. The Note4 is heavy enough to make this a little wobbly on the road, but overall I am pleased. I haven't found anything better yet.

I got this for my daughter so she would be fumbling with her phone to use the gps mapping. Drove 9 hours back to college and she says it worked great.

I talk to other people whom purchased other brands and they all had problems with them falling off this has stay on for some time ,and price is very good.

I have no real complaints. It’s sturdy enough and has great customization options in terms of angle. I love that it comes with both types of mounts. (Suction and air vent).

I purchased this for a planned 10 hour trip to Florida in our 2010 Nissan Frontier. I have been a Waze (iPhone app) user for years, but always kept the phone in the center console. The idea was to finally have the app where it was easily (safely) visible at all times. I mounted it to the driver's right vent and Yes! this product turned out to be the one. I'd used generic mounts in the past that were either flimsy, loose fitting or just cheap, but this won me over. After a ~1500 mile trip, I'm still using the mount daily and loving it. The look is professional, too.

I am using this attached to my a/c vent right next to my steering wheel. It attached easily and is secure. It has a swivel so you can align it just where you need it. My phone, iPhone 6s, clamps in easily. It has upper and lower jaws on the clamp. I am only using the upper so my phone mounts high enough for visibility and it is still very secure. With the way it is made, I'm sure any phone would work well. I have not tried the windshield mount yet.

The install on some vents are a bit akward. It serves its purpose and is versatile. Good for the price too

Bought this since I decided to try out driving for Lyft. I use the window mount (mounted to the left of the steering wheel - CA law) and have not had an issue with it since I bought it (approx 4 months ago). The sticky suction cup held up and hasn't fallen off, even in the summer heat. The grip works well. It's sturdy but easily flexible to readjust. I like it.

Bought it to hold my phone while using the GPS since hands free laws are being enforced. It holds the phone fine but the weight of the phone causes it to bounce around a little while driving.
