For years I’ve been using only the GE filter, but my store was out of stock so I went with the Insignia. It was well sealed and was a direct replacement. Neither I, nor my family can tell a difference between this and the more expensive GE filter. I’ll definitely buy this again.

Previous water filter I owned was for an LG fridge and it was not the greatest. The quality of this product far exceeds that. Taste is great and family loves it.

This filter fits in my fridge and works great. The water tastes better and so does the ice. I did not know that there was a replacement filter by Insignia, but I would continue to buy them. They work well and are cheaper than the name brand ones.

The Insignia replacement water filter fits and works exactly like the more expensive GE water filter. The filtered water from this unit actually seems to taste better and produce a better water flow from the dispenser.

I don't usually buy aftermarket things but they were out of my OEM filter. I bought this one expecting it to not fit very well and not be as well made but I was wrong. Great filter, great price!

Best Buy always seem to have the Water Filters in stock for our GE refrigerator. Quick and easy to replace and great price.

Bought these for price, will see how long they last. Very difficult to install, but after 3 tries I was able to get it in place. Hope they last, like the price.

This was my first time buying a generic filter. I normally buy the manufacturer filter at Best Buy, but they didn't have one in stock so I went with the Insignia brand. It seems to be okay. I can tell a difference in the taste of my water and I don't know if that's because this filter works better or worse, haha. Also, the "replace filter" light came on after about a month of using the Insignia filter, but I reset it and it's not come on again. I will probably go back to the manufacturer brand next time.

The sale price was great compared to the GE filter, but after installing I could tell right away that the water tasted different. I've been using the filter for a couple of weeks trying to adjust to the new taste. I won't be buying this filter again.

This filter fits perfectly. It's an Insignia and was hesitant, but works fine and for a lower price than the original brand.

Very good filter. I plan to purchase a few more soon. Tols several friends about the brand.
