I matched the water filter model perfectly before buying this for my LG refrigerator. (Lg LSC27937ST) it leaked leaked leaked and kept leaking. I followed the directions to a t and finally gave in and ordered the exact lg water filter online since best buy didn't carry the lg model for my refrigerator I bought from them. Put the lg replacement filter in and the leak stopped. I did a side by side comparison and found the insignia water filter had a bigger opening. See attached photo. I wish it would have worked for the savings but major fail. Best buy didn't give me any problems returning the filter.

This filter set was a great find. It works just as good as the original one and for less than half the price. My only complaint is that it slightly thinner than the original an thus looks a little odd after being installed.

These filters are a bit thinner (perhaps for increased compatibility with multiple units) than the original LG filters, but they seem to work just as well.

Yes a play on words from the old beer commercial but its true, 1/3rd the price same great water out of the fridge line. Thanks for giving me 2 filters for 20 bucks, this is better than 1 for 50 anytime. Just goes to show you that you can do things for less and still maintain quality. Read the details on the filter process too, its pretty cool concept, sounds healthy.

Decent priced water filter. Wasn't expecting a 2-pack but each is only good for 3 months

These filters have worked flawlessly as a replacement to the originals. The only difference is that their profile is a little smaller than the originals. But they did screw in with no problem and have been working perfectly. For half the price of the original. Definitively will buy them again.

My fiance and I have been using this water filter in our fridge since we moved into our house middle of 2015. We are on our 2nd filter, and so far have had no problems. Filter fits, water tastes great, ice tastes great - no complaints. It's a decent price, and comes with 2, so we're set for the next year or so.

The insignia water filters are a great value compaired to the ' X ' brands I previously bought , infact , one other brand failed and leaked on my hardwood floor and ruined it , will not buy that ' K ' brand ever again , period!

We bought this two-pack of filters with the intention of using one in our fridge and one in my Mom's. Both were listed on the box as models the filters would fit, so we figured we'd save some money. Not so fast. It worked fine in our Kenmore (made by LG) but didn't work at all in her LG. Water poured all over the place, even though the filter was seated correctly. We had to go back out and buy Mom an LG-branded filter, which did work. (At least we have a spare for ours.)

Had to buy a new fridge water filter which we all know are very expensive. Came across the Insignia 2pk which was only $10 more then the manufacture's single pack so I tried it out knowing that I could always return it if I didn't like it. I couldn't have been any happier. Water and Ice taste great and I already have a back up filter for next time.

Two filters for the price of one OEM LG filter. Better deal for the money.

These filters are nice, but not as good as Name Brand. I recommend purchasing filters made specifically for your fridge, though these filters work fine in a pinch.

We replace our filter every 6 months vs 3 per the refrigerator specifications. Our city water is not as harsh or chlorinated as some other may be. This product is not original specs but is a replacement and works the exact same.

We love the job the water filters do when filtering the water from the dispenser in our Samsung refrigerator purchased at Best Buy. The cartridges are easy to replace and get the job done! Highly recommend this product.

These water filters work exactly like the brand names claim to do. They remove the same amount of unfavorable products and the water tastes the same as the bottled spring water.
