    My LG refrige is only 6 months old but the control panel alerted me that the water filter needed replaced. I went to Best Buy, the frige was purchased there, to buy the filter which was $50 for one. after looking at all the filters there I purchased the Best Buy brand(which was $50 for 2) an it fit perfectly and seems to filter just as well as the LG brand.

    These two filters lasted about a year. Not sure if that’s optimal. Checking a brand name filter, that costs as much as these two together. We’ll see.
