I got this 2 pack at a very low price.....

It's not the right item.

Comparing to the old unit, they are not the same. AND, because I purchased them 90 days ago, Best Buy will not give me a refund! I think that speaks highly of the product and of Best Buy. And reading below, I will never hear anything back from Best Buy.
