    This is a very delicate headset. have to be careful not to bend the wire at the base (Ends) or they damage quickly

    This product only comes with what appears to be a headphone jack, but I cannot get it to fit any of the jacks in my desktop computer. I have no way to get this product to work and I don't believe if it is to be connected via a headphone jack, how it could work since those are usually only for output. I ended up buying a similar device that uses a USB connection.
