Videos are great but the battery life sucks!! I got this product cause of reviews showing 7 plus hours of video without overheating just running out of battery power, my very first video fully charged shut off less than 1 hour, tried a different fully charged battery only 1 hour again, this is rediculous should have bought a Gopro 12 instead!

Bought this camera because I saw a lot of sponsored hyped up videos on youtube. Purchased it immediately because I have a vacation coming up soon and i wanted to use it. Video in low light was okay but not amazing enough to purchase this camera for that. I plan to take the camera under water and the things i noticed were the doors unlatched easily because there are no locks on them, the magnet feet mount was also a struggle to put on and required some pressure to secure it, the flip screen was cool but it was annoying to flip up to see yourself and flip back down to see what youre trying to record. Camera feels like its aimed more for vloggers and less action or abuse. My phone can do everything this can do.

Don't buy it. Don't waste your money. I am a photographer and bought it to try out on a trip to the DR for underwater stuff. It barely works. I will be returning it. If you're in the market for something like this, just stick with Go Pro.

The Insta360 Ace Pro is an amazing action camera with great image quality, smooth stabilization, and a super useful flip screen. Low-light video is impressive, and the AI features make shooting and editing faster. Battery life could be better, but overall it’s one of the best and most creator-friendly action cams out right now.

The Insta360 Ace Pro blew me away with its incredible AI features. Seriously, they're next-level. And when I hooked it up to my FPV drone, it was a game-changer. The combo is like a dream team for capturing mind-blowing shots. Highly recommend!

This action camera is a great choice for anyone who loves capturing adventures on the go. The video quality is sharp and clear, even in fast-moving situations, and it handles outdoor lighting really well. Whether I’m biking, hiking, or just recording everyday moments, the footage always comes out smooth and detailed.

It takes a few tries to get the settings the way you want. A lot of tweaking to get started but after that none. I had to turn off HDR or my videos got very grainy but the video quality without it is very good so not a big deal for me.
Frustrating Return Process and Unexpected Fees wit

I recently had a disappointing experience with Insta360 when I mistakenly ordered the wrong camera model. As soon as I realized the error, I contacted their customer service before the item was delivered, expecting a straightforward resolution. However, their response was that I had to wait for the delivery and then return the item for a refund.
Upon receiving the camera (which remained unopened), I reached out to their support team to obtain a return label. What should have been a simple process turned into a week of back-and-forth communication. Not only was getting a return label more complicated than anticipated, but I was also informed that a $12 fee would be deducted from my refund.
This policy and the lack of efficient customer support are very inconvenient, especially since the error was identified early and the product was never used. The experience has been frustrating, to say the least, and has significantly diminished my opinion of Insta360. This is not what I expected from a reputed tech company, and I am disappointed by the lack of customer-oriented service.
