Not for low lighting situations

In order to get the best possible 4K quality, you need to provide a very bright lighting environment. All the other features were as advertised and worked well. Their app is easy to use.

Avoid If using ARM snapdragon laptops

Horrible Support

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This camera WORKED Good - but no longer does....I've had an open technical support case for over 2 weeks with lackluster no responses. When I asked for a replacement they said go to best buy even though the camera is over 3 months old. All becuase of poor software development and failed firmare updates and instruction in other languages....

The feedback from using it on discord, zoom, and even teams was horrible. People could hear themselves echoing terribly no matter what setting I put it on. Camera is good, but you can get the same quality for half the price. The mic (with thr “ai”) just simply does not work as advertised

Great Purchase for Professional Quality

The picture is very crisp and professional. The audio is also a huge step up from my Macbook. Overall I'm really pleased with it!

One of the best webcams!

I have tried a ton of different ones and this is, by far, one of the best I have purchased and used. I would highly recommend it. Plus, Best Buy was the same price as Amazon on this item. So I was able to order and pickup on the same day.
