does whats needed . Bestnuy kept casnceling the order for instore pickup after have me waiting for weeks after the original due dates. So i had it shipped other than that it does whats needed and has great picture and functions well.

Great camera! Firmware update was glitchy. Had to set camera up as a U-Disc and drag and drop the DW update.

Worked very well and has great auto tracking. Very versatile mounting.

It has great gimbal controls but It will lose track of you often. It hets stuck and yiu gave to readjust it alot.

Easy set up, great software, plug and play, plus it doesn't put a big dent in your budget.

The only thing I can suggest is a way to ensure that the camera itself is level.

Cool little webcam that works as advertised. The AI and rotating gimbal are quite adept at movement tracking and auto zooming. The whiteboard framing and focus feature is help too when using as a conference camera for hybrid meetings

Video quality was poor in “normal” household lighting conditions. In order to get the best possible 4K quality, you need to provide a very bright lighting environment. All the other features were as advertised and worked well. Their app is easy to use.

The Ai tracking is cool until it freezes up on you and you have to reset the settings. Other than than it has great pic quality.

This camera WORKED Good - but no longer does....I've had an open technical support case for over 2 weeks with lackluster no responses. When I asked for a replacement they said go to best buy even though the camera is over 3 months old. All becuase of poor software development and failed firmare updates and instruction in other languages....

Had to return given no app compatibility with ARM snapdragon devices. This includes many Microsoft surface laptops.

I ended up returning it. The feedback from using it on discord, zoom, and even teams was horrible. People could hear themselves echoing terribly no matter what setting I put it on. Camera is good, but you can get the same quality for half the price. The mic (with thr “ai”) just simply does not work as advertised

Great little webcam! Excellent video and tracking, and very easy setup (plug and go). The picture is very crisp and professional. The audio is also a huge step up from my Macbook. Overall I'm really pleased with it!
