Saved my camera!

Instructions are very clear and easy to follow.

Returned item put back for sale with missing parts

When I bout this product, someone had returned it for whatever reason. "YES" I should've bought a new one but you guys didn't have it in stock. I see this one at the store, I buy it to come and find out there were parts missing. So I returned it. Best Buy should be able to double check any returned items before putting them back out for sale.
