The LG stainless steel gas dryer looks great and dries clothes to perfection. Everything comes out soft and needs no ironing. Best dryer I've ever owned.

We were asked to pay to install 2 water hammers on the washer. When asked why it was not mentioned on the washer installation was told he did not know why they did not do that. I am not questioning if it is necessary, but your installation teams need to be on the same page

The team that came to deliver was amazing. They spent a lot of time converting the dryer to Propane and hooked everything up as needed. We are grateful for there service.

The lp gas conversion was NOT done the dryer was NOT installed the delivery guys didn’t have the skills to do anything but deliver.I had to get a fourth party involved to make the conversion and install at a further cost.

When you buy a gas dryer, most of the time it will be set up to use with natural gas. If your home uses propane (LP gas) you will need to have a conversion kit installed, and Geek Squad hires that out to a third party (at least they did in my case). A professional delivered and set up my new dryer, and did a fine job of it. The only snag was the communication between Best Buy and the pro that delivered and converted the dryer. It may add a few days to your wait time, as it did to mine.

Dryer does not function. The cool light cannot be turned off. The dryer never heats. Even after two sessions of 70 mins of drying on high heat, the clothes are still wet.

My family is really enjoying using the new Maytag washer and dryer. I only needed to replace the dryer but decided to get an update on both. They have taken my previous Maytag units to the next level.

Can not say anything about this Drier . They had to take it Away. Defective from the Factory. The First Brand was a Problem All It’s Own.

replaced 3 dryers, 6 visits. sent me home with someone elses order. I have been contacted by customer service they were kind about my nitemare that had taken place, they have dealt with my situation and appreciate it

Getting my new gas dryer delivered and installed was a HORRIBLE customer service experience. I expected it to be a hassle going in but I never imagined it would have been as bad as it turned into and it took over a month to resolve. No one from Best Buy or XPO cared to resolve all of the mistakes that were made with cancellations and rescheduling numerous times and completely inconveniencing me, their customer who spent thousand of dollars on multiple products. I was passed from one person to the next, hung up on multiple times from people from both companies. It wasn’t until this was messed up for the 4th or 5th time (I lost count) before someone was willing to follow up with me until it was resolved. However, I had to escalate numerous times and got ugly before that happened. This was a completely unacceptable experience and I will never recommend either company nor will I ever buy anything from Best Buy again. This could have been handled so much better but because they already had my money, I no longer mattered to them!

The gentlemen who installed our dryer did a great job. They arrived on time, were very professional, removed the old dryer and installed the new dryer. It works great--much better than the old one.

Propane conversion was not installed and almost got my house on fire and damaged my sheets with open flames inside dryer. I paid for conversion kit and was not at the time of delivery. Had to report that to LG and have this conversion completed few months later.

Technician had to go to YouTube to find switch from natural gas to propane

Horrible. Unprofessional and incompetent. Absolutely will not use Best Buy again

Installers were great. But Best Buy sent out a crew who was not authorized to hook up propane. BIG FAIL on Best Buy's part. I had to hire a plumber to do the job since Best Buy's next available propane install was weeks out.

I Purchased a brand new matching set of maytag washer& dryer& a total tech membership also Extended warranty for a month 1/2 fighting for a replacement dryer they cant keep there promised Scheduled Appointment for delivery they keep Counseling the delivery date 10 times so far my wife had go as far as talking with my lawyer (REALLY) we & the lawyer dont under stand why we have to be treated this way his opinion is this is not good

With exception to waiting 7 days for the parts, the installation was smooth as installers were professional and expert in installing. Appliance works great with this product.

Love the dryer, but I don’t like the lint catcher.

Best Buy didn't install on delivery day as paid for-very disappointed I had to chase them down via phone calls to get rescheduled. Tech and delivery staff were very friendly, quick & knowledgeable. Customer Service was also very helpful and easy to reach.

The original installation date went by without even a phone call to say there would be no installation. This was after begin scheduled on 12/11 from a purchase date of 11/24 because of the natural gas to LP conversion. When the installation was rescheduled to 12/17, I received an email on the morning of 12/17 saying that it would be installed on 1/15. They went ahead and delivered the dryer to the middle of my garage where it sit uninstalled. I have arranged for my LP company to do the installation. You could see the steam rising from my head yesterday as I was dealing with this.
