Guys came and installed our fridges. They did a great job, Cleaned up afterwards and gave me their card to make sure I didn't have any issues. Its been 1.5 years and we have had no issues. I would buy this again

great refrigerator at a great price it was on sale and arrived on time installed perfectly for my basement.

Everything was installed fast and they did an amazing job

It works great. I've only had it a month or so. I have it in garage for extra things like milk, pop and beer. Got super cold at factory setting. It took a couple of days to dial it in. So far, nothing bad to say about it.

Delivery people were amazing help not only getting the refrigerator inside the house and connected, but they gave me excellent advice and options when the refrigerator arrived with a dent on the door.

The water line for my new fridge was installed with ease. Now, I have great tasting filtered water at my disposal whenever I want! The installation crew knew a lot about this service and advised me on what to do before the water would be ok to drink. Just needs to run through the filter for the first gallon or two, same goes for the ice. But there were no leaks and it was done in a snap. I have peace of mind knowing this was done right by professionals.

The installers were pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, and on time. Also, when we realized we had a water line that could be used, they arranged for a refund on one we had purchased.

So far so good. I love how much room I have now. I had a counter depth and it was too small inside....plus problems after 2 years with the Samsung. The 2 men that installed were great, as well.

Delivery technician properly and quickly connected our existing water service to the new LG refrigerator we purchased at Best Buy. He also provided helpful instructions on how much water and ice needed to be discarded from the new refrigerator before we consumed any of it to purge any manufacturing oils left in the system’s when the refrigerator was built.

Its great for the price love it. To be honest i would have been happy to have bought this instead of my black stainless. I am liking the white. I think its coming back into style.

I feel the delivery person felt rushed to complete this installation. He seemed to "forget" and rush things he might not do normally. I was happy with the installation by the delivery person except for: 1. There were may areas of plastic film and tape not removed inside and outside of the refrigerator and freezer. I had to remove it. 2. There are two areas of damage to my entrance to my kitchen done by the delivery person when placing the refrigerator in the kitchen. There are large gouges in my paint and drywall. Other than that, the delivery person was very polite, very courteous to my duties of teaching my students during the delivery

The men that installed the refrigerator and stove were friendly and knew what they were doing. Quick and easy installation.

Quick installation. I deducted one star because they scratched the refrigerator first time while bringing the product through the door, but replaced it with a new product in a few weeks.

My chest freezer doesn’t require much installation. I just hooked it up to the power source and the power came on automatically.

There was initially some confusion over this service, which was frustrating but best buy did make right. Long story short I made absolutely sure via live chat the service would be done upon install, when the guys got here they had no orders to do it nor time allowed to do it. The customer service guy was very accomodating and once I explained the situation he scheduled them to come back the next week at no extra charge. The two men who came to do the install were very nice and efficient installing the ice maker. The only problem is, we didnt realize til the next day... they didn't turn the water line on! Since we already had a water line going to the back of the fridge which made their job suped quick, you would think that step wouldn't be neglected, or at least tell us that part was our responsibility? But, thankfully my husband noticed the next day when we still didn't have ice and within an hour we had ice. Overall, the individual people were nice and wanted to be helpful, but its a big company and it seemed like the right hand didn't know what the left was doing most of the time.

We had a flawless install of our new refrigerator. The water supply line was connected properly and I have been enjoying my automatically filled water pitcher and ice ever since!
