Date given. Then a email when there would be delivery for the next day and of the morning on delivery a call let me know that they would be shortly at house which was great .

Was very hesitant to buy this fridge because of the cost. However i am glad i did love this fridge. Its a big ipad attached to my fridge Awesome.

Philip and his crew did a great job installing a new water line and installing the new refrig.

We love our new LG refrigerator with french doors, middle storage drawer for meats or cold cuts, and pull out freezer below- it’s spacious and keeps all our food perfectly tempered. The installation process went smoothly and “Tim” was a great representation of Best Buy in that he was professional and friendly, able to meet our needs and articulate everything in a concise and timely manner.

Beside two reschedules, the delivery personnel were early and didn't take a lot of time to install

I was concerned about getting such a large refrigerator into my smallish kitchen, but they pulled it off. The entire install process went perfectly.

The guys were on time, they were polite and friendly and they maneuvered that big thing like nobody's business!

The original December delivery date for my refrigerator was postponed due to the refrigerator had a big dent in the back of it. I denied that fridge and was told Best Buy will call me when another fridge was available. After a few weeks of waiting, I called and set up a delivery date. The person I spoke with seemed shocked that I had been waiting on Best Buy! Then the delivery was late & they tried changing it to later even, saying they didn’t want to backtrack. Will not buy from Best Buy again

I didn't use this myself but the gentlemen who put the fridge did and they were in and out in bout 30mins with the installation and took time out to tell me how much water and ice to dump before using and I really appreciated that.

Space and looks is amazing. I do like the exterior water dispenser, however, water catch can is small and if water is spilt, it will be on the floor. Space in freezer is a bit limiting but manageable. If you have more space for a bigger appliance, do so. Exterior is well made and have yet to be dented or scratched.

I bought the freezer for my Siberian Husky fresh food. I get 18 tubes at a time and didn't have a place to put his food. The food has to be kept frozen until you're ready to feed your pet. I keep 3 at a time in the refrigerator to thaw out before I feed Bear. I can now reclaim my refrigerator/freezer back.

The "professional delivery and install" never happened, they kept rescheduling it and my husband went to the store inperson and our fridge was in there storage. 4 guys of the floor came to " deliver" it at home loaded on our personal vehicle. Then they damaged the door, the fridge and instead of taking the doors down and install it, they left it in the garage untill they find a " specialist" . Regardless the fact that we told them we don't have work in fridge over Easter weekend. my husband ended up pulling it apart and installing it himself that night and the fridge is awesome but I would never buy from Best Buy again anything that requires installment or delivery.

I love the interior organization. The water and ice features work well. The installers were great. Had to personalize it a bit.

Buying this on-line was easy. The installation company was on time, professional, efficient, polite, and always wore their masks. Love this refrigerator! First time buying a single door refrigerator in many years. So glad I did. Less expensive and more room. Highly recommend. So does Consumer Reports.

Chris and Hunter installed the new fridge and hauled away the old one. They were very professional and efficient and seemed to get along as a team. Wouldn’t expect anything less!
