I love the refrigerator it has a lot of storage and looks very nice. I don’t love the look of the stove. The black top shows everything and really hard to keep clean.

Delivery was on time but delivery guy never hooked up my fridge to the water system, and there's no ice maker nor ice tray And there's this hole on the front of my NEW FRIDGE

Lionel and Frank were great. They arrived timely and were efficient in removing my existing fridge and bringing in my new fridge. The set up was done nicely and they explained how everything works.

The 2 gentleman were very professional and knowledgeable. We have a unique situation and they adapted well. They had never installed a refrigerator in an RV. Very tight quarters made it challenging but they a great job.

This service answered all of my initial connection related questions and resolved all my connection woes. Become I did not have to do the work! The install was hassle free right through to the leveling our our new GE Profile side by side refrigerator and matching range.

Our refrigerator had a misalignment between the refrigerator and freezer doors. The installation guys came back today and said “That’s the way they are” and would not do anything about it. This is absolutely NOT ACCEPTABLE. I want Best Buy to REPAIR OR REPLACE THIS UNIT!

The delivery crew was exceptionally. They needed to take the doors off to get in our house. And were so willing and patient to complete the job.
