This should have been a quick, simple experience, and instead it's been a drawn out nightmare. I was given a SIX HOUR delivery window. The delivery guys showed up at the very end of the delivery window and insisted there was a fee to reverse the door on the refrigerator (there isn't). Then, they told me they'd just do it for me if I gave them a big tip. When I refused, and said I would just do it myself, they insisted on doing it anyway. They ended up doing an awful job of it, taking nearly an hour and leaving behind missing trim, extra pieces, and crooked screws.
When I complained about the delivery, the manager at the Yonkers store arranged delivery of a replacement. The day of re-delivery, I was again given a SIX HOUR window. 30 minutes after the end of the window, I called to see where they were and was told they were running late, but were 10 minutes away. 30 minutes after that, I called again and was told that they weren't coming and would reschedule. The delivery was arbitrarily rescheduled to another day that I was not available without any notice to me. I received a text that morning after already leaving the house for the day. I was unable to get a hold of anyone to tell them I wasn't home, and instead got a message that they were several minutes away. They never actually showed up at my house (I have a doorbell camera and nobody but the mailman came anywhere near my house that day. They repeatedly rescheduled to different days without ever notifying me or checking my availability. On two additional occasions, I got early morning text messages notifying me of new six hour windows, as well as messages that they were a few minutes away, but nobody ever showed up at my door. Multiple complaints to the store manager had absolutely no impact.
The summary here is that I will NEVER buy another appliance from Best Buy, even if everywhere else is more expensive with longer lead times. The amount of time and effort I've put into this horrendous experience is completely unacceptable, and nobody at Best Buy takes responsibility for anything. Go elsewhere. You'll save time and sanity in the long run.

Love it, beautiful refrigerator! Love the easy close draws. Easy to keep clean awesome storage inside. The three shelves in the freezer are awesome now I can divide my frozen foods.

Refrigerator is fine. My problem with it are the feet. There’s too much wires and plates exposed at the feet making it an eye sore.

Installers, which only one spoke English, had no sympathy just said, ‘call a plumber’ since I had no existing waterline. While I can overlook that, since the store salesman should have explained that, I have no sympathy for them when that had no idea how to bring a 28” refrigerator through a 30” archway. they damaged both sides of the bottom of the archway and scratched my floor. No apology just left without even acknowledging the damage.

I can't understand why the first delivery over a month ago was a product damaged upon arrival but they got it into the house without issue. This delivery had a good product upon arrival and then was damaged during delivery. They were able to get the old one out onto the truck without issue but couldn't get the new one in the same. The drivers got it into the kitchen and set it in the middle then just left. Thankfully I know how to do appliance installs since I had to do it all myself, but I thought that's what the delivery service was supposed to do. I'd leave 0 stars if it were an option.

We were looking forward to receiving our new refrigerator and chest freezer after purchase.
On 9/28/21 our original delivery date the gentlemen installers bringing the fridge into the house stepped wrong and dropped the fridge outside our home. Due to that I did not accept the refrigerator. The chest freezer was delivered with no complications prior to the fridge being dropped.
On 10/1/21 the replacement refrigerator was delivered, the gentlemen installers who were supposed to call prior to the window of delivery called the wrong number, left no message, and arrived several hours early.
Before our fridge was brought into the house the delivery installers noticed the handle on the freezer was dented and wanted to know if I would accept the fridge or they needed to take it back to the warehouse. I decided to call Best Buy's 800 number and ask what I should do at the time. I was told to accept the item and then wait 24-48 hours for the delivery to process for return and exchange of the item, which at the time I believed was the drawer to the freezer.
When I called back on 10/4/21 I spoke to someone after waiting on hold for 49 minutes. The call ended up being about 1 hour and 20 minutes. I proceeded to explain about my delivery experience with Best Buy and what I have observed upon closer examination.
Our door and screen were damaged after the fridge was taken through the door, the fridge was also scratched up and the area near the vent in the rear was gashed into and tore open.
In the utility room the area near our water shutoff, the gas line must have also of been bumped because during the conclusion of the installation and after leaving I noticed an odor in the house. Turns out the gas line was leaking and after calling the gas company, they came to the house and repaired the area of concern in the utility room.
This experience does not give us confidence in a future delivery with Best Buy and reason why we hesitate to have the fridge exchanged to compensate us for the damage caused.
While we are disappointed by the delivery and installation process, we are thankful that the fridge does seem to be functioning well and hope it continues to do so. I do hope that Best Buy contacts us regarding the damage to our home and our refrigerator.

This LG Refrigerator is great. My wife loves the feature that lights the compartment behind the glass panel. The ice is always plentiful and the water is cold all the time. We should have bought this frig long ago.
