Paid Best Buy extra for our new fridge to be delivered and installed for my peace of mind. Delivery was late, and though installers couldn't speak or understand English language fully, we were happy for their efforts and tipped them each $20. Noticed later when loading fridge that door swings open and found missing leveling feet. After several attempts to have problem resolved, I purchased feet myself from Whirlpool ($21.24) & will install myself, and never buy anything from Best Buy again.

I give it an average rating since it required moving the refrigerator up a flight of stairs. Unfortunately, instead of taking the doors off, the movers dented the doors. see pictures.

Installer was prompt and courteous, was knowledge & very precise.

Installed refrigerator without telling me it was damaged. The proceeded to gaslight me when I told them it was not leveled. They blamed my floor but it was the damage that was the issue

Fingerprints almost non existence, love water jar were I can get water with getting it from the door sometime leaks, and the smaller door is just great

Did not use their service for refrigerator install due to issue with hose line not related to Best Buy service technicians. Service technicians dropped refrigerator inside my home and left. Worth noting that when refrigerator was brought in through my front door, they scratched the paint off my door. Didn't notice this till they left and of course they didn't say anything about it either. I wouldn't have gotten too angry had they let me know. So much for integrity.

The installation service did their job but did not check or correct the misaligned doors to the refirgerator. They should have either taken the refrigerator back or fixed the problem.
