The two gentlemen showed up at the early end of the indicated time slot and were very helpful and courteous. They moved the old fridge and helped us clean up the area for its replacement. They got things plugged in and made sure the new fridge was up and running before taking off with the old one. Good Job!

The initial delivery did not go well. The unit was damaged but functional and while the installers could have left it the did not tell us. So they took the refrigerator and we had to go back to the store which is an hour away from our home to get the problem resolved. First we were told that a replacement could not be delivered until January 2023 but the people at the Cape Girardeau store said it would be delivered December 15th after 1:00 so my wife and rushed home from work. When we contacted the call center the agent first said he couldn’t find us at all. Then he found the January delivery date. I then told him I wanted to speak to someone at the Cape Girardeau store and he stated he would schedule a call back and someone would call within two hours. Shortly thereafter we received an email that I refrigerator would be delivered today December 16 between 1 and 3 PM. It was.

Excellent team, they were professional and efficient. Setup was easy during the purchase of my appliance. Once the team was onsite they took care to put down materials to protect my flooring and ensured that the setup was complete and working to my satisfaction before they left.

Fridge installs are not ever easy- just getting the unit through the house is a challenge. So glad I have these teams to rely on.

Very quick with install and no problems encountered

Guys showed up early, didn't have any issues unpacking and installing the fridge. The entrance way into the home was tricky but they were able to squeeze in with out a problem.

The refrigerator was very easy for the technicians to install.

The installers are one of my least favorite parts of Best Buy. I’ve had several install and they always have issues. The customer service rep who helped fix the matter was great though.

The two guys that installed the refrigerator were excellent. They were very careful with moving everything and were very fast and efficient.

The installation was quick and easy. The only complaint have is that the technicians did not demonstrate certain things about the refrigerator like the technicians who put in my microwave. They also did not remove all the paper that should have been removed once installation was complete.

This was a replacement for another brand that had a condensation problem. It is smaller because it is counter depth but looks better in my kitchen. So far I’m happy with how it is working.

The first one was damaged and they had to bring a second one and the guy were very professional installing the frig.

The gentlemen who took away the old refrigerator and installed the new one were amazing. The entrance to the kitchen is very narrow. They had less than an inch on each side of the refrigerator. They were extremely careful. They placed the refrigerator in its space, plugged it in, leveled it, and installed the handles. Not a mark on anything. Great people to work with.
