Is a noce design bigger i think its going to be smaller but works really good

The gentleman was able to take out the old one put in this new one very quickly very efficiently knew what he was doing, and I was happy with his service

Best Buy installation exceeded my expectations. The fridge was a slow budget unit for the garage. When the installation team of 2 showed up, they pointed out that when they loaded the fridge, it has a scratch on one side and gave me several options on whether to accept the unit or watch for a replacement. They actually got on the phone with a supervisor and I was able to negotiate a discount on that unit and avoid an add'l wait. The install team changed over the hinges to accommodate my garage install. great experience.

Works fine. Easy to connect. No problems. Would recommend to anyone.

The guy did a very nice job installing my refrigerator and connecting everything up. They were very careful in my home.

This install went great. It was quick despite them having to remove and reinstall a door. They delivery folks were nice and helpful.

First delivery was right on time. The fridge began to make noise immediately so we contacted Best Buy. They searched for a replacement but they were on back order. It took several months to get the replacement but it showed up right when they said and its working great. Best Buy has been great to work with!

When I got home the refrigerator was working and my son had filled it up with food. It was in the perfect spot and working better than any refrigerator I've ever had. My first new refrigerator and I love it so much!

The guys did a great job installing my fridge in my garage with the installation of the metal braided compression hose for the ice machine.

When bringing the refrigerators in and out the door knob was knocked off. The door on the refrigerator was crooked and no one seemed to notice it. The refrigerator was not leveled. Installers were very polite.

Bought refrigerator in store 11/9 so that could have before Thanksgiving. Installation scheduled in store for week prior to Thanksgiving was cancelled 20 minutes before schedule appointment. I had to find this out on my own via app and never got a call. Called Geek Squad and they could not help. Driver indicated that he not have enough manpower to install—elevator and no steps in building but for some reason said he needed 3-4 people to install. Rescheduled to following week with same driver and same thing happened 30 minutes before schedule appointment with same explanation, no call, and found out on my own via the app. Called Geek Squad again and got same lack of resolution. Geek Squad is not empowered and/or trained to solve Best Buy caused issues. Canceled order (($4700 refrigerator) as well as my Total Best Buy membership and will never do business with Best Buy again nor will my family and will proactively encourage friends to avoid Best Buy as well. Obviously will miss Thanksgiving plans due to the twice missed commitments of Best Buy. Of note, same day I cancelled I went to another local business, bought exact same product, will get in one week with their own delivery crew (2 people) and was $200 cheaper. Customer satisfaction is not a priority at Best Buy and unfortunately the front line service agents who are not allowed to solve problems get the brunt of unsatisfied customers. Best of luck

The two young gentleman were very gentle with my new fridge and my house. Had it installed and running quickly.

This fridge is ideal for us. The side-by-side design allows us to keep food visible so we don’t ‘lose’ food at the back of a fridge shelf or at the bottom of a pull-out freezer. The water and pitcher in the inside door is great and keeps the front of the fridge clean.

The gentlemen that delivered my freezers set them up for me and made sure they were cooling properly before they left. They were polite and professional.

This refrigerator is very roomy, looks beautiful- very pleased with this purchase
