The guys who delivered the refrigerator were very nice and courteous. They measured doorways to make sure they could get the old one out and the new one in. They got to my house earlier than I thought they would. I think I was the first one in the time slot I had chosen. When I can afford a larger refrigerator, I will be shopping at Best Buy again.

They came and installed the refrigerator as promised. While they did not call prior to arrival, they did show up in the window I was told and did a good job installing my refrigerator. It was a simple plug and go since I didn't have lines to install for water. Just wished I didn't have to wait 3 weeks for delivery when I purchased an open box that was there. I would have done cash and carry but I couldn't carry it into the house on my own.

I've had this AMANA refrigerator a little over one month now; so far I've have no issues with it. It's perfect for a small space or kitchen. The no frills stainless steel exterior (non-fingerprint marks) is very nice! According to my thermometer the temperature settings are accurate.

The guys who delivered & installed our fridge were on time & installation was fast & perfect.

Couldn't be easier to install since I didn't want an ice maker on this unit, So, the delivery guys had the easiest delivery all day, set it down in my kitchen,plug it in, push it back, and on to the next delivery! Didn't take more than 15 minutes total. It works great also. I had to turn the chill down it was too cold for my lettuce!

I paid for a Smart Choice - Stainless-Steel Refrigerator Waterline Kit Required for Hook-Up - Silver but it was not delivered. I thought the fridge I bought has an ice maker. So I also paid to install on existing water. But the delivery person said it does not have an ice box so installation was not done. I called customer service and requested for a refund of the item that was not delivered and was told that the situation will be evaluated and they will get back to me within 24 hours for a resolution but it has been almost a week but I still did not receive any response.

The first team who delivered our refrigerator did not level it, level the doors, nor remove any tape or plastic film. Gave no instructions except maybe we got a defective unit and we could call and have another one delivered. They said they were delivery only not installation. The second team that came several days later were very good and knew what they were doing and had the proper expertise.

The installation of my refrigerator is probably the best customer satisfaction experience of my life! With little to no room to remove the old unit & the amount of energy my delivery crew put into making sure that the new one was placed properly made this delivery experience one that Best Buy should be proud of!

Installed my fridge and set it up perfectly, they were extra careful in my new home.

The individuals that came to set up my Frig were great. They were very nice and the made sure everything was working correctly. They also asked if I needed them to over the frig. Because this was just a basic frig there was no need for the go over. The head installer was very patient with the new installer which led to a great experience.

The refrigerator is just what I wanted. The side by side is clutch for me personally. The installation went smooth and had zero issues.

I bought this refrigerator in 2019 after replacing an LG and an Electrolux after only 6 years. I like this Kitchen Aid quite a bit, and it is easy to clean. However, it is now November 2024, and the inside light to the freezer and the top internal lights to the fridge have stopped working.
