This was about the only refrigerator Best Buy offers that would fit the space we have, so our choice was limited, to say the least. That said, we’re reasonably satisfied with the refrigerator a month after its installation. The reason for a four star and not a five star review is because the refrigerator doesn’t have a light in the freezer unit. That may sound trivial, but, believe me, it isn’t. Had we known this before the unit was installed, we probably would have gone to another store to find a refrigerator that fits AND has a freezer light.

Works as expected! Our refrigerator broke right before thanksgiving and it has been absolute lifesaver. There’s so much space it for all our leftovers. And the water filter is in an easy to find and replace area!

The people scheduling for the delivery could be more hands on and willing to physically call stores to have a more human approach to their service when issues arise. The delivery gentlemen themselves were absolutely professional and informative.

easy to install ,simple , looks good came with all hardwear and only needed simple hand tools to do

1st - LG Max Counter Depth - Frost buildup in Freezer. Refrigerator shelf height too short for a standing gallon of milk. Adjustment reduced space in the shelf above, drastically. 2nd - Samsung S/S Bespoke Stainless Steel - though shelf height was not adjustable, it was enough to accommodate a standing gallon of milk * Storing milk gallons in the door shelves is not acceptable for sensitive products like raw milk.

The team that installed our new Whirlpool refrigerator after disconnecting and removing our old refrigerator did an excellent job. They were careful and figured out how and where to move both refrigerators with the minimum of problems.

Install was quick and seamless and everything works as it should.

Installation people get a 10. Refrigerator makes noise. Think water lines and ice maker. Annoying especially at night. Hard not to leave fingerprints on door. Handles to open and close on top and out of sight.

The men that installed the fridge were super quick and professional

The contractors that Best Buy use to provide installation are professional and kind. They made sure to take care of my new appliance, clean up any mess, and instructed me on use. They were also very quick at installation. Would recommend

The Best Buy’s installer were very quick and did a great job. I watched them installed the water line and they were done in less than ten minutes. My only complaint is they taped the water line in back of our fridge and it looked ghetto and the tape eventually fell off and the line too. I had to neatly place the line behind the fridge.

They did a great job and were careful both with the fridge and also not to make any marks on walls, doors, or counters.

well I kind of have a bad and a good review the guys finally got it done but when they left they didn't turn the water back on to my refrigerator so I couldn't really get to the back of the refrigerator but it was just an honest mistake

Previous refrigerator set up made this very easy. Ran new water line to the same with better shut off valve. No problems

The refrigerator. From Best Buy. Is wonderful to have. Had to wait 4 months. Because of supply problems. Delivered nicely. Only problem. Is that tit comes with ability to change opening to other side snd the cover fir that is heavy tape.

Great refrigerator and very spacious. The silver color looks clean and matches even with my stainless steel appliances. The prices was perfect for my budget.

Instalation was performed quickly and efficiently by the two separate crews that had to come out, because the first refrigerator was severely damaged inside the box. Kudos to both installer of dishwasher and installer of the undamaged refrigerator received four or five days later. Are you sure the five stars are for the installers and the equipment only. Trying to explain the situation to the customer service folks was a challenge. I had to go back to the store in Saint Petersburg to talk to someone face-to-face. That person was my salesman, Eden. Kudos to Eden for all his hard work to finally get this done. He gave me his personal phone number, and put in some extra work, even on his day off. These guys were all fantastic, but the process was an absolute three ring circus.
