The delivery of my Insignia refrigerator was on-time, fits perfectly into my limited space and I have been very happy with how my refrigerator keeps food fresh, frozen and anything else in between!

All they had to do was plug it in but they actually did a little more. They placed it so that there was space around it for the fans. They also explained to give it a few hours before trying to use it.

Our refrigerator doors were put back on unevenly. Plus the refrigerator has been making ticking and popping noises. The installers said it was all set up knowing we were not hooking up a water supply to the automatic ice maker. Well we got a notice from Whirlpool saying if there was no water hook up make sure the ice maker is turned off. Thanks to your installers it wasn't turned off. I think we'll try elsewhere to finish our kitchen and laundry room.

This is the second crew that came out to reinstall and reroute my water line. They did an awesome job. Much better than the previous team that came to install the first water line. Also the first team routed my water line through a unused under sink reverse osmosis system thereby flooding the entire fridge water system with water filtration that was unknown and hadn't been used in years.

I was looking for a new refrigerator to buy and suddenly saw the Best Buy Ad with a Whirlpool refrigerator at a stealing price, so I immediately went online to order it, and the whole thing worked out really well, from pricing to delivery to the Whirlpool's great performance, Best Buy's delivery was on time and they'd notify you a day a head of the delivery schedule; plus tỷ delivery team also called you on the date of delivery to inform about their arrival time, so it was great. Thank you.

Delivery was early and the men were so nice and careful with my home. They hauled my old refrigerator out and set up the new one, including connecting the new water hose in a very quick time. I would definitely use them again.

Addin installation to the existing waterline and removal of the old applicance to delivery are well worth it. The delivery team were prompt, professional and efficient.

As part of the refrigerator delivery Best Buy connected the water line. It was efficienct and they double checked for leaks. Works fine.

Very impressed with the installation! They were very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient! I would very highly recommend purchasing from Best Buy (good prices) and having them do the installation (really good quality work)! They did a great job and checked to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. They also gave some instructions for the use and operation of the appliance!

Product is superior to any refrigerator I have had in past because of freezer on the bottom, fixed so door doesn't swing open, no icemaker, so extra room, attractive steel finish matches other appliances, freezes well without freezer burn or need for much adjustment, refrigerator keeps temperature and food lasts longer.

Installation was simple.. had I thought about it . I wouldn’t have added installation as all it was plugging in. We had issues with the previous fridge therefore it was added on accident . But good customer service

Install was super fast and very professional. I did not need water hookup but he made sure the fridge was working and all paper and tape was taken off

The install went very well, the new freezer was installed and is working fine. We placed food in to it and found the brake on the caster was not adjusted so every time we pull open the door the freezer rolls out and we have to push it back in.

It is a great product for the price. Very spacious
