Very easy to use and easy to wash. I love the many options it can do.

I bought this pot for my mom as a gift because a lot of our cultural foods are served with rice and she had a different one before but it was sort of falling apart. She was super happy with the product and she likes that there are multiple grain function buttons for her to use. She also likes that it can hold 20 cups so she can make lots of rice when we have large family gatherings. My review is not for Instant Pot Zest Plus. This is a quality brand, and I would give it a 5 star rating regardless. This rating is about Best Buy. This is to show my gratitude and appreciation for the store. I needed this Instant Pot by Sunday. I looked everywhere including the major online retailer. The problem I ran into was the delivery date. Everyone was offering "after Christmas" deliveries. Found this item on BestBuy.com. I was so excited that the store was the only retailer that offered before Christmas delivery--only, it was going to arrive Monday instead. Sigh. I ordered it any way, praying that it would get to me by Sunday. Saturday morning, I woke up and there was the package from Fed Ex! Let me tell you, I was so grateful that there is no word to describe! I am also very happy! Best Buy kept me posted every step of the way about the status! Such excellent customer service! So, I want to say thank you to Best Buy Customer Service/Sales Department/Inventory/Warehouse/Shipping for making this happen. I also want to say thank you to Fed Ex for delivering this package early! I can't imagine how busy they are around the holidays. My recommendation to all: Go to Best Buy first, before trying other retailers!

I bought this to double my meal prep time because the Aroma was out of stock. This unit is very well built and the inner pot is much heavier and better quality than the Aroma. That said, it only has the water fill marks on one side of the pot—no big deal. Functionality is a bit more complicated than the Aroma’s one button settings. Unfortunately, the manual is extremely vague and the website lacks specific info for something as easy as cooking broccoli—at least what I could find. They do however, have a ton of recipes to try. Overall, as a supplement to my meal prep it works fine- but I wish the instructions were a little more detailed.

We’ve used this Instant Pot rice cooker several times since we received it earlier this month and we love it. It is smaller and lighter than the original and cooks quickly and precisely. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a rice cooker.

I purchased this to replace a small 2 cup rice cooker that made perfect sticky rice. This instant pot did not disappoint. I have also used it for steel cut and regular oatmeal and both came out better than any oatmeal I have ever cooked!

Great to have to stop wasting rice. With other rice cookers you end up with useless rice burnt at the bottom that you have to scrape off and throw away. Not with this cooker. Absolutely recommended.

I use it mainly for cooking rice. It is very easy to use. The better part is that you can put the vegetables on the top of rice with the container comes with the pot to save time and cook healthy food.

No need to buy slow cooker, steamer, pressure cooker. This cooker is al all Jack of all trade.

My wife and I bought this about a year and a half ago. We have mostly used this for Rice. If you are an avid Rice eater this thing will save you so much time and effort. I love it. Put the rice in with equal amounts of water and then just let it cook. It goes to warm mode when its done so it doesnt burn and when you come back its normally done. For the white rice it cooks in only about 20 min or so.

Perfect for cooking barley! Its the only rice cooker that can cook barley, brown rice, etc!
