A minor upgrade from my previous 2016 version, though for the outlandish price, you would think this is packing in hundreds of new features. I upgrade only because they drop support for newer OS versions and the comparatively low price. Now that the price has doubled from what it used to be, and no discounts for those of us using Quickbooks for decades it's getting hard to justify sticking with them. I know they are tying to push everyone to the online version, but I tried that and they couldn't even import my inventory properly. Not to mention, it's double again EVERY YEAR to be have a plan to track inventory. Time to start looking for a replacement.

If you are looking to purchase this Digital Download, you may consider a different store to shop at. I purchased it and was told initially that it should be emailed within 30 minute. Then after not receiving it within that time I gave it to the following morning and still nothing so I called back. At this point I had to call back and they said it can take up to 8 hours and I explained it was already past that point also. After a few runaround transfers, I finally got to someone who was able to submit a request to the so called "Code Manager" but now they are saying 24-48hours to receive. Still haven't received my code as of this review. Thumbs down to Best Buy.

So far so good. Just converted over from Windows so there will be a learning curve. I was super happy when I opened my file and everything was there!

This is so much better than the online option. I originally bought the online subscription and found out you can't even make corrections to some items including a paycheck even for a small error. So in order to have control over my own business accounting, this was the best option. QB is super user friendly and easy to set up.

3 stars because this is the 3rd quick books that we have purchased. 2. It doesn’t give the freedom that was want when trying to make your own type of selection categories for accounting. 3. Problems with integrating systems. This might not be an issue for you but be sure of which platform you want to use.

I like PC better but it works… upgrade changes layout

Love having Quickbooks in the Mac environment. No longer have to dual boot into PC... Slightly different interface than the PC version, but tons better than the online version!

My parents loves it! I gave it to them to help keep their business in order and my mom said it’s great. I am getting one for myself so I can see what they are talking about.

My 2016 stopped working with the new Mac update so against my wishes I upgraded to 2021. Nice and smooth as usual just wish the price was a little lower.

Quickbooks is perfect for any business who needs ease of use, powerful features and strong reporting and capabilities.

Good, but not the same as having a PC. This has minimal functions of PC

Works flawlessly on MacBook Pro. Still learning the program details. Definitely recommend.

Purchased to use on Mac when traveling and away from Windows PC because data could be imported from Windows, then exported and restored on to Windows. Did export to Mac and watched this version give me import errors, then delete the entire database.
