Quicken products are great. Have tried others, but like Quicken best

Don't spend money hiring an Accountant. Use this software instead. Easy to use and straight forward software for taxes

I'm not sure why but the CTRL-X and CTRL-D quicken function keys still don't work. You can go in disable them, restart quicken, enable them, and they work, but only for a short time. This version does seem better then the 2015 version, which is good.

Quicken 16 was purchased to replace an older version. The product does exactly what it advertises. Just need to be careful if you are using Windows 10.

To start, I'm currently working with Intuit's Office of the President with all the issues I've had since buying this product 1/8/16. I've had to re-add my busiest accts 5 times and re-enter, re-catagorize, re-split transactions and re-reconcile at least a YEAR of data bc of accts duplicating and triplicate transactions when accts update through the one Step sync. It's painful and time-consuming re-entering all this info once, but 5 times is just insane! I've had acct login details alter on their own several times. I'm always asked to re-enter login details for diff accts when they're already there and correct. There are constant problems with the program freezing up and closing down. Even Intuit's execs state these issues shouldn't be happening and the Exec relations rep saw some of these issues occur during our screen-share session. Your experience may vary from mine, but just beware.

Have used Quicken Premier for past 10 years. Great at tracking amounts spent as it connects to bank checking account.

My complaint with Quicken is the requirement to upgrade every 3 years if you want to download/pay bills online.

This does exactly what I need it to. No complaints or issues.

Best Buy was fantastic in providing and checking for the price match with out any issue! I purchased Quicken this month and the product is as expected. WARNING you are going to need to go to the Website and download an update or the program will not load. The error messages on screen are not clear.

I bought the Premier version, then found I needed the features of the Home and Business version. Best Buy refused to let me exchange versions although Quicken has a satisfaction or money-back guarantee. I left the store in disgust, vowing never to deal with Best Buy ever again!

I'm not happy with the changes they have made. The older versions were much better, but if you are new to Quickens you would be happy. BUT I'M NOT!

I have used Quicken since before 2000. After 2014 the program started to have major problems! Lost files, lost catagories, lost securities, etc. Unable to save at times. Tech help is lengthy and not very effective. Right now it appears I have lost data from over 20 years of data update. Inability of programmers to enlarge various popups, etc. so the user can read fonts on 4K machines.

Although cloud based apps are available, this is good alternative.

Used to be able to type in stock or option information until the correct item came up. Now as soon as you start typing the first letter the "security name" box opens and you have to scroll through a bunch of choices. This is a nuisance when you do lots of trades

been using Quicken for years. Updates are required.

It does everything I needed to do. Importing is much easier with this new system on this version. I would recommend it to others.
