I have been a user of TurboTax since I have been doing my own taxes electronically. I have always found it to be user friendly and very helpful in areas which require more detail understanding. The product has electronic connectivity with other organizations which greatly simplify the tax calculation process. In addition, the explanations and links are very helpful in the areas which require additional research. I have also found that each year it’s capabilities increase. I am very pleased with Turbo Tax.

I purchase Turbo Tax every year. It is by far the best way to file tax & saves me so much money. H&R Block wants to give people more money well how can you get more money when you pay them to do your taxes?

TurboTax is entirely reliable but more costly than others

Thanks for carrying the basic tax product. It is all the average Senior needs and includes your basic 401 mandated withdrawals, investment,etc. Turbotax wants you to buy the more expensive products which are not always needed but they limit distribution to upgrade you.

I had a great time as usually using Turbo Tax. I don't see why everyone is not doing their own taxes. Turbo Tax make it so simple and easy. I have been using it for over ten years. It's does a great job!!!

I've used this product for years with no problems. Easy to install and use. It can handle complicated work and military reservist expenses easily.

Never fun doing taxes, but Turbo Tax makes this annual job much easier. I've used Turbo Tax for years and never had a problem. Turbo Tax for 2015 was as reliable as previous versions.

If your preparing your taxes for the first time, this is the product to purchase. It's very easy, because turbo tax gives you the walk through to easily understand how to prepare your own taxes.

Program will walk you step by step ;through taxes or let you pick your areas if you are already irs knowledgable . Saves you lots of money versus going to a tax "expert".

I usually do taxes for my immediate family which consist of a lot of simple returns. This product is just right for those types of returns. Always used turbo tax and will continue to use them.

I've used Turbo Tax for years. Only had one glitch about ten years ago. I'll get it again next year. Unless you have a complicated return, you can usually do just fine with the Basic.

This is the only tax program I have used for many years. It is very easy to follow even for people who are not up on the latest changes in our tax system.

I've been using Turbo Tax software for the last four years and have never experienced any difficulties. In fact, the biggest difficulty I've faced is waiting for my W2 form to arrive. Once I have that and any other important tax records, it's as simple as "1, 2, 3" to submit my federal tax return to the IRS for review. I literally received my refund in less than a week! If efficiency is what you're looking for, choose Turbo Tax for your tax needs.

It was a good experience and I would use it agin me and my wife both filed our taxes on one disc.
