I have used Turbo Tax for my income tax preparation - home and business, for over 10 years. Every year the product has improved from the prior year. Product is easy to use and covers all the items necessary to file your tax return. I especially like the E-file feature and notification that my return has been accepted.

I’ve used TurboTax for many years.. this is the first year that I could not get the CD disk to load, it apparently was damaged. I ended up downloading TurboTax from the website and entered the license code with purchase to use the software. This took a very long process and after many attempts of trying to load CD and then downloading I finally got to use the program. I would highly recommend TurboTax but this year the software was slow in responding and dragging and took very long to do my taxes then any year ever!!

TurboTax is a great product. Year over year they have allowed us to process our taxes efficiently. regular updates for form updates and bug fixes allows us to keep abreast of changes without concern. electronically filing for 5 is a great feature. I can assist family and continue to come back year after year.

Used this products for years with no issues. It guides you step by step and if you any any questions there are different levels of assistance to ensure that it is resolved to your satisfaction. Going to use it for my 2021 Federal and State tax return.

I need the latest Turbo Tax software and went online and purchase it with a pickup date that evening after work. At the exact time promise I only had to wait 3 minutes after checking in that my purchase was brought out to me. I was very excited that I now had my software. Thank you.

I’ve have used turbo tax in the past. This year bought turbo tax because it had the CD with it. I save all of my tax records to a flash drive. I like to keep my Tax CD programs so I can access my tax records from my flash drive on another computer in case my computer dies.

Turbo Tax is the best, easiest to use (let them walk you through it), and if you can't use it - quit trying to cheat. As a retired, Individual Income Tax Division employee, who sat 8 hours a day reviewing taxes, this was the one of the very few programs I liked to see come up.

This is my 24th or 25th year using TurboTax (previously MacinTax). As it moves more towards a simple, easy workflow it has made tasks outside of “fill and file electronically” less user friendly. For a variety of reasons I have needed to send in printed returns on occasion. It took several minutes to find the option to print the tax return. Once done and sent in to the state, it was rejected as incomplete. Two or three years ago there was an error in the program that caused many to overpay their tax, something I learned by chance from the news media; no notice from the software developers. But, if your home and small business needs are straight forward, especially if you use Quicken or Quickbooks, and you file electronically, and especially if you used TurboTax previously, it is a relatively painless process.

Great product have used it for over 20 years. Great product with help available do have issues with my Mac OS for last two years after a update. That has gone unrevised that I know of. Not sure whose fault that would fall under. Other than that it works perfectly.

I have used Turbotax for several years and have never been disappointed. Appreciate the way it links to last year's return so I don't have to reenter everything, And easy to use to determine my estimated tax for next year so I can do appropriate estimated payments

Always purchase every year. Note it is best to make sure you run any updates before submitting your returns. I had paid for my state submission and it failed to transmit I was dibble charged.

Works well, saves me money by doing it myself. Shop locally by buying from a Minnesota Company.
