    Anyone that has upgraded their Apple laptop to the current models and misses the number of USB slots. I bought this to help with my new Apple Air (only 2 slots). I use a 27" Apple monitor at home and needed more slots, this IOGear 4-Port instantly solved my problem.

    I bought this because I wanted to use a USB flash drive. I didn't want a port with a whole bunch of connections that I wouldn't even use so I decided to go with a simpler solution. It's light and doesn't take much space.
