IOGEAR is an excellent provider of computer adapter accessories and they continue to be so here and for Apple. Great expansion for A/V and USB additions!

Always good to have something that adds more ports to your USB-C-equipped MacBook. If you present to customers, good to have multiple video options and this does it.

Picked this up for my boss for his travel. Everything works good from the hdmi to usb. Recommend to all business travelers that may need ports for projectors or webcams

Remember when these ports used come standard?

My wonderful 2013 MacBook Pro with all the ports and the DVD drive won't be compatible with the macOS Mojave. So I "upgrade" to a new MacBook Pro and it comes with two ports -- neither of which fits anything else I have. Hence, this purchase. I hope there's a method to this port-elimination madness, because it's really a pain in the neck.

Looks great in pictures but in hand feels super cheap and low quality. This was designed with cheap off the shelf pcb and parts. because of this the product is much larger than it really needs to be. its bigger than 2 apple dongles. very thin plastic body is light and squeezes easily adding to the cheap low quality feel. judging from the thousands of IT related purchases I make yearly this dongle should be in the $20-$25 price range based on functionality, build and internal components i found when I opened it up. Thy are charging in the same range as devices that have aluminum builds and better industrial design. lastly, only supports up to 60w making it useless for apples most popular size laptop (not to mention almost every PC runs 65-100+ watts) which just shows this company is clueless and has no interest in creating a useful quality product, just looking for a sku to put on a shelf quickly and cheaply. Shame on them for the high msrp.
