I had seen and used my wife’s older iOtti vent mounted Mobil phone mount and wasn’t to impressed with its ability to hold a cell phone in one position and steady enough to not have it move when accessing the mounted phone. Also thought that it would block to much of the vent, especially on those hot days when free flowing cold air directed at me is a premium. Well, as it turned out iOtti’s newer vent attachment actually holds the phone very steadily and because of that not only can I access it’s functions with very little if any movement but because of this I can mount the phone in a high position on the vent allowing more of the vent to be exposed than what is blocked. You can color me pleasantly surprised!

Bought this phone holder to attach to the ac vent blades in my 19 Challenger RT. Got tired of placing the phone in a cup holder and not being able to view it when needed easily. Had $15 in BEST BUY rewards certificates to use towards this purchase. Easy set up and installation on the blade of the ac vent. Directions are very good and simple to follow.

Good sturdy mount. My air vent constantly moves bc of the weight of my phone. Other than that the product is great!

This really works. Easy to change and is very convenient. Easy to remove while secure. Thanks to Best Buy’s associative who helped me find just what I needed.

Just what I was looking for. Mounts easily to my a/c vent. Depending on your vehicle it may or may not work - Was worried my automatic gear shift would hit it but it doesn’t at all. Going to purchase another for my work truck!

I was always afraid of damaging the vent it is attached too but that is not possible in my opinion!

This holder is just what I needed. It fits my vents and holds tight. The holder keeps my phone secure. Only thing is that unlike magnet holders the phone does vibrate when driving in rough roads and sticks out more than the magnet holders. But all in all I am satisfied with this product for the price.

I didn't want anything on the dash obstructing my views. For my vehicle, this mounts perfectly to a vent that is in easy reach and viewing while driving. Getting a phone in and out is a cinch with the one-touch feature. All micro adjustments stay in place on normal roads without potholes. The only drawback is no fault of iOttie, but rather the vent fins in my car are rather flimsy and have warped a bit since mounting with a phone.

Was easy to put together and fits onto vent well. Like the arms that adjust to hold the phone. Do need to be careful not to twist when putting the phone in or taking it out or it will come loose from the vent. But once I was more careful with it, it has stayed in. Makes the phone maps easy to see.

Had previously bought the same brand the CD slot cell phone mount version for my work phone and liked is so bought this one for my other personal phone. Quality is very good and holds onto the vent securely, easy to adjust and holds phone nicely, easy and fast to engage and disengage which is what I needed being in and out of the car a lot for work. Looks good too. Very satisfied overall.

I recently purchased the iOttie - Easy One Touch 4 Vent Mount for use in my VW Passat with my Blackberry KeyONE. The KeyONE has a convenience key on the side of the phone, towards the middle, which I suspected may cause a problem for the mount grip (initially mounted the grip at the bottom of my phone). However, I checked the settings on my phone and found that I could set a car profile for the convenience key when it's connected via Bluetooth. I set the car profile function to Maps, and now when I snap the phone into place, the grip hits the convenience key, launches Maps, and I'm ready to plug in my destination. The air vent clip works well in the VW Passat due to the horizontal design. Additionally, due to the placement of the vents, my phone does not cover or obstruct any other functions on the center counsel or clutter my view out the windshield. I've yet to test how well the grip functions on rougher terrain, but on fairly well paved streets it functioned well, even with the lower and less stable mounting position for the phone. I did notice light shaking, though that is to be expected, and it did not appear to affect the grip on the phone. The snap and release functions work well, and the phone falls naturally into my hand as I press the release.

Funny story - my old Buick LeSabre doesn't have vents that work with this. So instead, I attached it to the edge of the pull out cigarette tray, and BAM. It's incredibly secure. And putting it in and out is so easy. Fits my iPhone 11 Pro perfectly. As with any phone. Love it.

I never do reviews but I had to this time. The mount was super easy to put together. It doesn't move and holds my Galaxy S9 really well. I would purchase again.

This product actually works. Unlike many others. I have an iPhone XS Max with a case and it still fits in it. Also it only takes one hand to put in and take out. The vent clip doesn’t slip even on a bumpy road. If you’re looking for one buy this one.

This is not bulky and slides right into vent. Very easy to adjust when needed and holds onto the device firmly. Great if you're starting out with Lyft or Uber

Easy to use and quality item. I purchased a different brand and was not as easy to use. One hand can click the clamps open and then place and it will click and hold. I never had my phone fall out. Good product.

This works great. Just what I needed. I attached it to the vents and it holds the phone. You have to be careful that it doesn't grab where the buttons are. AC keeps your phone cool in the summer!

Tried many other car phone mounts. So far this is the best, easy access, stays in place and doesn’t fall off vent when removed. Was skeptical at first being it was so inexpensive and tried more expensive one quality is worth it!

Easy to install. This has a good grip to the vent and also a good grip to the phone no matter if you place it high or low in the grip. Stays in place during turns and bumps. Out ranks the magnet type by far!

If a vent-mount is right for your car configuration, this is a great choice. I got this for my wife because her Audi Q5 dash is set up well for a vent-mount. It set up quick and easy, maybe 5 minutes and easy to use. Her iPhone 7+ goes right in. It clamps the phone and holds it firmly. As well, my iPhone 10 goes right in the same way. The nice things are it doesn't matter what size the phone is, it goes in quick, has adjustment for angle and then pops out quick and you are on your way.
