Easy to place phone into dock and release. This is not a fast charger.

I am in my truck a lot and stream music from my phone most of the time. I was looking for a wireless charging option as I need to charge my phone due to how much I stream, but also didn't want to keep plugging/unplugging the USB cable. I read a number of positive reviews for this dock and charger so decided to give it a try. I am very happy to have purchased this dock and it charges just about as fast as the QI charger I have in my home. The dock is very easy to rotate so you can use it in portrait or landscape orientation. This was definitely not the case with most of the other docks I have used over the years. You have a lot of flexibility with how the dock 'sits' so it can be raised, lowered, extended and more. You can also adjust the bottom support for your phone in case you need to raise or lower the device to better charge it. It is near infinite in the ways you can have this situated which is exceptional. There are only two minor negatives I have run into and they are the reason I had to knock off one star. First, the dock has a decent amount of 'bounce.' I am in a truck which rides smoother than many other trucks, but still feels the road a bit more than the average passenger car. Most of the time the dock is just fine, but on slightly rough roads it can vibrate to the point where it is tough to see which is a hassle if you are using GPS navigation. This is not common though and I suspect most passenger cars will be just fine and rarely experience any vibration. The other negative relates to my wife's phone. She has a Droid Maxx and had to lower the bottom support so the QI charging would work right. This was easy to do, but then the side arms press the down volume when closed. We added a small rubber 'bump' intended to be used on a laptop which allowed the arm to close, but not touch the volume button. My phone - Turbo 2 - does not have this issue and sat perfectly with no adjustments. All in all I would definitely recommend this dock for anyone with a QI enabled phone. It is highly configurable, charges well and is easy to use.

Good product works as advertised, easy install. They need to have it in stores.

I was looking for a phone mount for my 2013 Nissan Leaf. I decided on an iOttie - Easy One Touch Car Mount Wireless Charger Someone mentioned mounting it just behind the radio, in a flat spot. The space is too small for the separate sticky gel pad suggested for dashboards, but is large enough for the base without the gel pad. It seems to stick okay without the gel pad, on the textured dashboard. I turned it so that the tab on the base pad fits, but is bent a little. The mount comes with a 2 amp adapter and wireless charger. My Samsung Galaxy S7, in a Tech 21 case fits easily, with one touch insert and release. The mounting arm is extendable.
