The agent who helped me was great and worked very quickly to replace my iPhone battery. Will most certainly return to the West Hartford BestBuy if I need other services.

I brought my cracked iPhone screen into Best Buy in the morning and by the afternoon they had it finished with the screen protector installed. It looked amazing!

It was a fail...
I ended up having to buy a new phone which was a cost i was not ready for....
And no authorized apple dealer would touch it after that. So yeah... won’t go back there for service again. At least not for Apple service.

Best Buy service was pretty good, no issues. We arrived at store 1 hour ahead of our appointment, store service people was helpful, moved up our schedule. Less waiting time.

Make an appointment with the Geek Squad is my first tip. They are very knowledgeable and great to work with. Took care of installing my battery quickly.

An Apple customer care representative made an appointment for us to have a battery replaced done on my sons iPhone. The replacement didn’t go as planned and the geek squad told me I had to go to an Apple store to get the battery replaced. So the next day we went to the Apple store only to learn that the Best Buy geek squad did not do the battery replacement correctly. We spent a tremendous amount of time on this and after I wrote a review the manager of the geek squad in Doral called me to apologize and offer me a refund which I never received. I left messages for him but he never returned the call. Today I went into the store And he was not there and the manager that helped me didn’t really help me. This store has lost my business forever over $29. It sure would be nice for the Geek Squad manager to refund me the $29 like he said he would way back when but I am not holding my breath. If you are looking for good customer service, this isn’t the store to go to.
