Worked for a about a week and the battery went back to being horrible. Would not even last an hour. Was extremely frustrating seeing that it was just replaced but oh well. Ended up buying a new phone instead.

Made a Monday apt for a defective vib motor in my iPhone. Came in and phone Apple tech would not be in till later that afternoon and that I would have to leave my phone or reschedule. Who can go with out their phone. So I rescheduled for a afternoon apt the very next day only to find out the prior day that I had my original apt was the last day of my warranty. I was offer no help on this and was charged for the motor which they had to order. I waited two weeks for them to call and had to call on myself to see if it was in to find out it’s been there for a week. I quickly set up my apt to install and the tech who set up made the apt to get it handle but when I showed they said once again I would have to leave my phone because the Apple tech would not be on to later. Totally frustrated I got my money back and will never use geek squad for any Apple service again.
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. Phones have become our constant companion and it's essential that they function properly all the time. Repair situations are by their very nature aggravating and any additional complication adds new layers of frustration. Certainly what you've described is far from ideal and we apologize for our having disappointed you. Even so, it remains our hope you will give Best Buy and Geek Squad a new opportunity one day soon to renew your faith in us.

Yes he geek squad was super helpful! They were friendly and prompt with their fix.
