Installation not completed

Went to Best Buy store in Indy, they said they would get back to me but have not heard. Called the Installation company and they are trying to get Best Buy to call me. Install company is not at fault and are doing everything they can to address.

I will never buy any of appliances that require installation because Best Buy uses third class third party to send home owners for installation. I am urging to all home owners do not allow them to your home for any installation. Be aware !

Could best buy installation services be worse?

Hood installation fail
