Took me awhile to to choose to watch it as it seemed like a middle of the road movie based on reviews. I finally watched it and was pleasantly surprised. Beat my low expectations and something made me want to buy it to add to my collection. I waited and finally got it at an amazing price. No regrets. Worth watching for sure.

Solid movie, slow movie character piece in the vein of John Carpenter. This horror movie doesn't rely on gore or excessive violence to get the thrills across. Instead it relies on mood. From the music to the likable characters, this horror film is one that I couldn't help but love. Must see if you are a fan of the original Halloween.

As a unique take on the horror genre this film succeeds. It has an interesting premise that isn't worn out, with an amazing soundtrack on top. But if you're expecting something truly frighting, this probably isn't it. That's not to say that the film isn't without its sense of dread, but no "jump out of your seat" shocks either. As it is, it's a different (if not overrated) take on the horror genre, brought together with excellent cinematography and a memorable soundtrack. Is it good? Yes. Is it great? Debatable.

Although this film wasn't a big-budget production, it's very well done and will keep you on the edge of your seat for nearly two hours. The plot is original, the acting is solid, and the thrills are serious and at times unexpected. A must-see if you enjoy the occasional horror flick or are a die-hard horror movie fan!

I'm picky when it comes to horror/thriller movies so I tend to be hesitant in checking them out unless I hear good things about them. It Follows as it turned out received generally decent reviews so I watched it and enjoyed it. Was interesting to see that at least part of it was filmed in and around the Detroit area.

Probably one of the most unique horror movies in terms of it's subject matter. The metaphor for what actually follows is a pretty controversial topic at the same time makes me laugh (not in a bad way though). It's actually a very entertaining movie. Not scary, but more tense than anything. I'd recommend checking it out.

The movie itself is spooky enough, but what really sells this, and I think others on here will agree, is the soundtrack. It's borderline 1980's, cheesy, slasher-horror sounding, yet completely re-done with a synth-pop twist added in. I can say with complete confidence, if not for the soundtrack, this movie would only be getting about 3 stars. But as it stands it makes the atmosphere perfect - I don't regret purchasing this, but if you're on the fence, rent it at least. It's worth watching at least once.

I'm a huge horror movie fan and there are not a lot of original ideas out there for this genre. This film is extremely original and one of the best horror movies I've seen in a while. I got this movie on sale and would have gladly paid the original price to have it be a part of my horror movie collection. I don't want to give the plot away, but this film is one that I will watch many times in the future.

I liked this one. I can see how someone looking for a jump scare fest might dismiss it but this film is something different. It hits the nail on the head on rearranging the "monster" to be anyone and constantly changing. Give it a watch. As for video and audio, the cinematography is a real plus and it shines in HD.

This movie was raved about by the critics and I think its limited theater release definitely boosted its reviews. it was a decent horror movie but it could have been better. They had a brilliant idea for what the movie should have been but I think they just fell a little short. overall its worth the buy though

Buy this version of the movie if your into the design of the steelbook over the regular version or just collect steelbooks in general as i know many movie buffs do. As for the movie "It Follows" you really can't go wrong with any form of purchase for this movie. Since it's release it's proven itself to be a modern horror classic and the soundtrack to this movie is absolutely killer. But don't take my word for it, just go ahead and watch it as I highly recommend it.

It Follows really felt like a 70's horror movie but with a unique twist to it. I'm a huge horror fan so trust me when I say this delivered. With so many remakes and re-hashes using the same formula nowadays, it's fresh to see a movie like this. Definitely check this out if you consider yourself a horror fan!

I have to say that this is a good movie with good acting and wonderful atmosphere. This movie requires you to use your imagination because no one knows exactly what "It" is that is following them. There are many possibilities but hopefully if this movie gets a sequel then the sequel will answer everything.

This is still one of my favorite thriller/horror movies that I've seen in the last few years. It has a fresh storyline, which is rare now days, and all of the relatively unknown actors handle themselves well. It also had a few genuine "gotcha's" along the way, even for a seasoned horror fan like me. It reminded me of the first "Saw" movie in the way the intensity kept building towards the "wild" finish, only without the graphic gore.

Adored this film twice in theaters...bought the initial Blu Ray release, own the soundtrack, even set some songs as my ringtone and text alert. I knew there had been foreign Blu Ray steel books but wasn't in a hurry to spend that kind of money...then we were blessed with this beautiful retro art steelbook! And considering how cheap it is, only a fool (one at least who knows they love this film) would miss out on this (and feel no shame buying) this rerelease.

This film is so unique in its own way. It is a very original piece and storyline is like nothing you've ever seen before. The cast does a great job with acting and the visual effects are pretty stunning. Not to mention the soundtrack for the film. It is absolutely amazing. It has that 80's vibe which i just loved. Myself being a horror buff I really enjoyed this movie. With that being said this movie is not for everyone. If your into horror as much as me its a must watch!

I didn't expect much from this movie. The movie started with one heck of a beginning. It grabbed your interest from the start. It had just enough scare to keep you interested. I would highly recommend this movie. It's usually the movies you don't hear much about that are the ones with watching .

Finally a horror movie for the sophisticated viewer. One who is not only shocked by jump scares. It Follows, much like the best horror movies that have preceded it, works as an allegory. In this case as an STD. What follows is an overwhelming sense of dread that few movies before provide.

This movie was genuinely scary and very original. It has great suspense and was definitely one of the scariest movies I've seen this year. The premise was a bit outlandish but the direction and acting made it work. Overall, a good movie to watch if you are looking for an original, scary movie.

This buy was great considering it offered a digital copy via Ultraviolet. The movie itself was quite entertaining from the previews and not a disappointment. However it definitely stands by it's R rating for nudity and adult content so it's not family friendly even with the hand blindfold.
