With out a doubt, "It Follows is the most original horror film to be released in the last 20 years! It took me a little while to realize what the monster was, but when I did, my mind was totally blown! A truly unique approach to the horror lore of the succubus! Horror fans take heed!

Not your typical horror movie -- It Follows is stylish and presents a scenario that is unlike many in its genre. It definitely deserves a watch, but -- unless you can get it for a great price -- probably not a purchase. Once you've seen this movie once, you have seen this movie forever.

Solid horror movie. The premise is interesting enough and there are some nice twists that play throughout. There's been a lot of praise thrown towards this movie. I don't think it's a genre-defining standout like a lot of people seem to think, but I would definitely recommend it.

My problem with horror movies are that I don't find them scary anymore. This film is fun. It wasn't scary so much as creepy. It unnerved me in a weird way. The way it was shoot was excellent and the music upped the tension. It was nice to watch a fun horror movie that made my skin crawl.

While it isn't the "best horror movie in years" as it says on the cover, I did enjoy it and though it was unique. Movie has a good plot, and a unique villain that I haven't seen in horror movies. If you like indy horror movies with more emphasis on plot that effects, you'll enjoy this.

Interesting premise. Good special effects. Creepy if you like horror movies. I thought it was reasonably realistic--people did what I would probably do in that situation, but it left me with a few unanswered questions which detracted from the movie. I probably think too much.

At first glance it seems like a typical teenage horror movie, but the premise and execution are quite impressive. I'd say it's a fairly good thought-provoking horror movie given a genre plagued with cheap scare tactics just as the jump-in-your-face monsters and stuff.

I wanted to see this in the theater....didn't get a chance. Saw when it came out on blu-ray it was only $14 or $15...still NOT a bad price...I heard good things about it...it's a weird concept, but it works...problem is it moves a bit slow....not bad for the price,.though.

This is an edge of your seat movie and the tension never lets go. It is artistic, original and well played. The typical horror genre blood and guts scenes are scarce but does not reduce the nail biting inclination. Future horror flicks could take a lesson from this movie.

I'd read lots of great reviews about this movie...and they all do it justice. I'm a sci-fi/horror fan and this movie legitimately creeped me out. It's not overtly gory, but it's incredibly intense. The picture and sound on this disc are great, and serve the movie very well. If you're a horror movie buff, you owe it to yourself to pick up this movie and add it to your collection without hesitation. I think you'll be really glad you did.

It Follows is a flawed film. But to anyone who is a fan of that special breed of late 70's/early80's horror movie, then there is much to enjoy. This movie screams 80's horror. It features retro visuals, a creepy monster that lacks exposition to it's origins, nail biting suspense and a keyboard soundtrack. The movie's plot is completely fresh and original too so the many homages don't feel like all the movie has to offer. Unfortunately the characters are underdeveloped and bland, and the entire third act is full of questionable choices, character motivations and useless scenes. But, it is still nice to see that there are still people out there passionate about this type of horror film, and I hope it becomes the springboard for more.

Fairly decent for a modern horror film. Stands out amongst the current crop of drudge that calls itself horror movies these days. Now it's faults; interesting plot, but could have been explained better. Oh well, I guess that's what they will do in the sequel.

One of my new favorite horror movies! This one is a bit strange, but all good horror movies are! If you are looking for a horror movie with a great soundtrack that is a bit different form the usual stuff that seems to come out now, this is your ticket!

A Lot of horror movies today aim for a cheep scares and while It Follows definitely conforms to such tropes it does it in a very self conscience way. its smart visually striking in its style and in the end one of the best horror movies to come out in a long time

"It Follows" is a chilling horror story with a new theme, a real rarity for horror films these days. The plot starts building early on, keeping the viewer in rapt attention throughout. Definitely a worthwhile movie for those into the horror genre.

Overall I enjoyed the movie. It wasn't jump outta your seat scary, but it did have a creepiness to it, not knowing who the monster really was. And to get it from fracking, that might scare teens or first timers out of doing it more than STI pics would.

How do you create one of the scariest antagonists in recent cinematic history? Give it no real identity, no backstory, and no motive. It Follows is a refreshing horror movie that keeps you on the edge of your seat. It's slow pace make you feel uncomfortable that "It" is around the corner the next corner just paces from you. Awesome movie with eerie concept and great soundtrack.

My best advice about this movie is to avoid reading the synopsis before you see it. It is way better when you have no idea what it's actually about. The film is incredibly creepy and eerie and sticks with you well after watching it thanks to the well-placed soundtrack and a genuinely fun and terrifying concept that's even more terrifying when you think how you would deal with it personally.

Did not have high expectations when seeing this but I ended up loving this movie. One of the best horror films I've seen in a while, it has great atmosphere and is an interesting story. The end wasn't all that great but it is a great ride!

If you are tired of the same old horror films, this one will NOT disappoint! I was genuinely creeped out a few times, and I rather like the fact that it's not full of needless blood-and-gore just to make a buck. Definitely recommended.
