Best Buy's customer service was great at explaining what it did, after I told him what I needed.

I can tell this one is built to last . Well built not cheap. We use at least 5 to 6 ports daily with no obvious [performance issue's

I wasn't sure I'd like it because one of the plugs can come out, but I have had no problems with it and I do like it a lot because it has a several feet long cord so it can rest on a surface rather than hang from my computer. I'm glad I bought it.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.not much to say. its a usb hub that is 3.0 speeds. without getting into the nitty gritty of bench marking data transfer speeds. Just run 3 printers a usb flash drive and rgb strip off it.

If 7 ports isn't enough for one's needs, I can't imagine for what someone is running all those devices. Buy this item. You'll be glad you did.

Let's see - mouse, keyboard, external hard drive, video camera, two printers . . . . Really. Now I don't have cords all tangled up behind my computer. With the seven port Hub - I was able to manage my peripherals without clutter.
